General

Evin Vinchova is a Dedicated Asha'man and one of Logain's allies.

He is a pink-cheeked young man with a smooth face. Toveine Gazal estimates him at barely sixteen (TPoD, Ch. 26; WH, Prologue).

He is present when Logain captures Toveine and her party (TPoD, Ch. 26).

He reports daily to Logain (WH, Prologue).

He tells Logain that there was a problem with the young Two Rivers men (WH, Prologue).

After Logain takes most of the trained loyal men, he is one of the few remaining in the Black Tower who is still loyal (ToM, Ch. 46). After Androl discovers that Traveling from the Black Tower is not possible, Evin tests out the grounds for Androl (ToM, Ch. 56).

After Androl and his companions go to rescue Logain, Evin is broken by Taim's men and tells them about the rescue attempt. He is taken and Turned (AMoL, Ch. 8). Androl tricks him into killing Abors. Evin dies, either killed by Taim or Androl (AMoL, Ch. 14).

Quotes

"This one would be much more to her liking -- if he could not actually channel, at least. She doubted this pink-cheeked lad shaved more than twice in the week." (Toveine; The Path of Daggers, Chapter 26).
