Gueye Arabah is a young Seanchan lieutenant under Tylee Khirgan.

Banner-General Khirgan sends him with a report from a morat'raken to Perrin. Fager Neald takes Arabah to him by gateway. Arabah then reports the size of two bands of Shaido and that they will arrive at Malden around noon. He wants to know whether that will alter their plans so that he can tell Tylee, but Perrin sends him off to report that they will proceed as planned.
