Mistress Heilin is the innkeeper of The White Ring in Maderin. She is stout, with black-dyed hair under a white lace cap.
She ensures Tuon that she will take care of anyone who will start a fight if it comes to that.
When Mat is playing dice, she is among the onlookers.
Mat gives her some coin to buy rounds for the people in the common room.
