One of the Merit Badges introduced in March 2011. It falls under the "Pro Bono" category. Members earn a gold merit after providing legal, graphical, IT, HR, or financial expertise to the Tower free of charge for 3 years in an unnamed position. A silver is earned after 1.5 years.
