Surine is a sul'dam who served under the Seanchan Return. She deserted after the disaster at Falme.
Surine looks like Nynaeve but is much taller than her.

Egeanin was sent to Tarabon to look for sul'dam like Surine. She hired Floran Gelb to help her look for them. Gelb mistook Nynaeve for Surine and tried to kidnap her.
