A community of the Do Miere A’vron, the Watchers over the Waves, have a community at Falme. They watch and wait for the return of Artur Hawkwing’s armies that were sent to conquer lands across the Aryth Ocean (TGH, Ch. 7).
Falme is the largest city on Toman Head, but it’s still not very big (TGH, Ch. 9).
City Layout and Buildings
The Aryth Ocean lies to the west of the city. High cliffs run to the harbor mouth on both sides and on top of one of those cliffs are the towers of the Do Miere A’vron (TGH, Ch. 29).
The docks are made of stone and the city rises up from the slopes of the hollow that make the harbor (TGH, Ch. 29).
The building in the city are made of dark stone; none of them are large (TGH, Ch. 29).
The streets are made of cobblestone (TGH, Ch. 45).
The town is unwalled (TGH, Ch. 34).
There are only a few, sparse thickets left on the outskirts of the town (TGH, Ch. 34).
People and Customs
Rich residents wear shirts, vests and dresses thickly covered with intricate embroidery from shoulder to waist (TGH, Ch. 29).
Country garb for women is long coats made of sheepskin with the fleece turned in; the coats have embroidery on the chest (TGH, Ch. 42).
