General

No annual report was prepared for the year 2006, though the previous annual report covered the months up to April. Elyna al'Tzoran retired as Keeper. Dralyn Montsier was chosen as her successor. The Amyrlin Seat's duties shifted so that she could focus on involvement in the community, the most pressing of membership and business matters, and strategic planning. The Keeper of the Chronicles began to focus on making the administrative side of our community function smoothly and efficiently. She also began to oversee the Department Directors and have board administrator access so that she can interact with all members in all forums. In August, the Department of Research and Communications is split into two departments, the Department of Communications and the Department of Research

The major change announced at the 2006 meeting was the introduction of the guesting and aspiring system. It was also decided to add an annual scholarship and to create a position of European Mistress of Revels to split the burden on the North American Mistress of Revels
