Raisings

Thirteen people were raised to Aes Sedai, and three to Gaidin. Six people were raised to Accepted, four to Soldier.
Bondings

Thirteen couples bonded and three bonds were dissolved, one of them due to demotion.
Demotions

Two people demoted in January, one in July, and one in August. On top of that two members chose to demote to Citizen level.
