Summary
Mat avoids Tylin and joins the women. He witnesses a discussion about Aes Sedai and Kin age, which he considers silly. He argues with Elayne about whether to use the Bowl in Ebou Dar, telling her they should leave as soon as they can instead. She tries to persuade him not to come, but he insists. Nalesean and Beslan arrive, hoping to have fun in the Rahad. Lan and Nynaeve arrive and announce their marriage. Lan tells Mat that Moghedien tried to kill Nynaeve due to some personal dislike. He reads a note from Tylin, informing him that she is having his things moved to her apartments.
