Atal is a Seanchan clerk stationed in Almizar, Amadicia. He is stout with a round face.
When Tylee Khirgan wants to speak to whoever is in charge, Atal goes to get Blasic Faloun. After Mehtan, another clerk, dies of spewing beetles, Faloun orders Atal to have the beetles swept out and Mehtan buried.
