Barsalla Palace

The Barsalla Palace is a palace in Far Madding. It is situated on the Heights and is owned by Aleis Barsalla. It is her own property and not attached to her position as First Counsel. It is built of white marble and the cube-like palace covers most of the walled grounds. Tall-columned walks surround the palace on both levels. Its sitting room has a good view of the lake.
Harine is invited by Aleis to stay in her palace while in Far Madding. The invitation is extended to Cadsuane as part of a bargain made between them, though this does not make Aleis happy.
