Bavin Rockshaw

Bavin Rockshaw is a Cairhienin man who acts as Perrin's quartermaster when leaving Malden, organising the refugees. He had been a quartermaster since the Aiel War and was an expert at his job. He is known by Faile to be taking bribes from certain Lords of the camp for favors but when she inspects his ledgers she realizes he is really good at covering it. She doesn't make any accusations toward him but drops several hints that she knows what's going on. (ToM, Ch. 16)
