Boundless is a wolf previously known as Noam. Perrin can sense him nearby when he begins his training with Hopper. He was in one of the packs Perrin chased after in his training (ToM, Ch. 18). He was also one of the wolves who attacked Slayer and distracted him while Perrin rescued Sparks inside the dome in Tel'aran'rhiod (ToM, Ch. 28). He was also with Perrin and Hopper when they attacked Slayer and tried to kill him. He attacked Slayer and his paw was wounded (ToM, Ch. 35). Noam also helped Perrin finally come to peace with being a wolf by showing Perrin that he, as Noam, had made the choice to become a wolf because being a wolf meant peace (ToM, Epilogue).
