Breen's Spring is a small mining town in Andor. It is huddled neatly at the edge of a quary and is located east of the now dead city of Shadar Logoth.
The town is not very prosperous. The streets of the town are muddy and unkept. There are no town guards.
Rand and Mat pass through the town on their way to Tar Valon.

The people from the town are "as gruff and chiseled as the quarry in which they toil".
