First Weaver ~ Head of Ajah
Position
This is the Head of the Ajah. The First Weaver is responsible for leading the Ajah and reports to Eleyan, the Amyrlin, Drayln, the Keeper of the Chronicles and Serenla, the Director of Membership. The First Weaver is responsible for adding guests, updating Aspirant membership, putting forward Raising packets to the Mistress of Accepteds when the time is right, adding members to the Yellow Ajah Sitting Room and Yellow Ajah Chambers user groups. She is also responsible and available to any Ajah member who may be having any issues with the site, other members, or any needs.

Heart of Ajah
Position
The Heart is the 'right-hand' to the HoA. She is the second admin for the Ajah and the one the site admins will go to should anything happen with the HoA (such as an unexpected LoA or unexpected loss of contact). The Heart is a person who should be there to help encourage the members of the Ajah. While we all do this, the Heart is the central person responsible for boosting morale. The Heart will serve, along with THE Tea Brewer as moderator for our forums and temp Heads when the First Weaver is away on LoA or unable to get to the computer. The Heart will start 'Happy Birthday' and 'Congratulations' threads and parties where appropriate. The Heart will attempt to stay in contact with as many of the Yellows as possible, especially those who are not posting much, to make sure that they are all well. The Heart will also attempt to keep up with choosing one Yellow Fellow per month to highlight in a thread so that we can all keep getting to know one another better. The Heart will help to serve as part of the First Weavers Eyes and Ears network, and they are the go to person if there is something going on within the Ajah that you don't feel comfortable coming to the first Weaver about.

THE Tea Brewer
Position
The Tea Brewer acts as a mentor for our guests. Each guest may have questions about Yellow policies or practices and may not feel able to post them in a public forum. The Tea Brewer is only a PM away and so acts as a Big Sister in order to guide them on their guesting journey. The Tea Brewer will assign each Aspirant who chooses the Yellow Ajah a Big Sister as a personal mentor who will be available to guide the Aspirant through their journey to the Shawl.

Sitters
Position
1. Two Sitter positions are available to each Ajah and company, open only to Aes Sedai and Gaidin. Persons wishing to be Sitter should have adequate time to get to know as many members as possible. When someone comes up for raising in the Hall and you don't know them, you should be willing and able to do a post search for them and determine whether you think they are appropriate for raising. You vote on those being raised to Novice/Recruit, Accepted/Soldier and Aes Sedai/Gaidin, as well as participate in discussions regarding membership issues. A Sitter should be someone who is able to be objective in her decision making. Whether you have a personal grudge against, or a strong feeling toward someone is insubstantial. You have to be objective in voting for someone to be raised to the next level, whether they deserve it, no matter your personal feelings on the subject.

Gardener
Position
The Gardener is the person in the Yellow Ajah who is good with Photoshop and creating unique signatures and Avatars for special occasions. They are our Graphics Committee Head .

The Cultivator
Position
The Cultivator is in charge of keeping track of Novices and Accepted. They watch the threads in the Hallways and keep us informed of who is interested in what Ajah. The Cultivator will work with the Accepted, in their Novice liason position, to better be able to track people who might have an interest in the Yellow Ajah, and therefore let the rest of the Yellow Fellows know who we should start getting to know better.

Holder of the Privy Purse
Position
This position serves as Treasurer of the Yellow Ajah. This person is in charge of all records and transactions related to our Sunshine Fund. This position requires someone with solid understanding of checkbook balancing and account management. The Holder will disperse funds as discussed within the Ajah for appropriate situations.

Tea Cozy
Position
The Tea Cozy is basically the Yellow Ajah Newsletter coordinator and editor. It is the Tea Cozy's responsibility to find quirky and fun things (articles, stories, interviews, recipes, ect) to put in our Newsletter, which is currently to be published quarterly.

Position
