Donel do Morny a'Lordeine is a Murandian nobleman. He has narrow eyes and curled mustaches (TPoD, Ch. 17; TPoD, Ch. 18).
He is one of the heads of the Murandian delegation that meets with the Andoran nobles and the Hall of the rebel Aes Sedai on the Feast of Abram (TPoD, Ch. 17). After the formal meeting, he talks to Sheriam, Janya, and Moria (TPoD, Ch. 18).
