Lord Hamarashle

Lord Hamarashle is a Cairhienin noble of middling power who Elayne thought might be able hinder her taking of the Cairhienin throne. When she offered lands in Andor to a gathering of such nobles, he was not quick enough to respond and ended up with nothing.
