Maigan is an Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah. She sided with the Salidar Aes Sedai when the Tower split. She is the Blue Ajah representative on Egwene's advisory council (CoT, Ch. 30)
Maigan has large, deep blue eyes and full lips. She is beautiful and has a long face (CoT, Ch. 30).
