General

Rhea Avin is a woman from Emond's Field in the Two Rivers, Andor. She is pretty with a round face and dark hair that hangs to her waist in a braid. She is a good five years older than Faile, and has had her hair braided for four years.

Rhea Avin and Sharmad Zeffar go to see Faile for help regarding Wil al'Seen, whom both have an interest in. They want Faile to decide who has the right to claim Wil. Faile tells them that a man cannot be owned like a horse or a field, and she is angry that they are asking who has a right to him. She tells them that if she had thought Wil had been leading the two of them on, she might have something different to say to them, but Faile knows that Wil never makes promises. Faile tells Rhea and Sharmad that they will go to Daise Congar, the Wisdom, and that they will explain matters to her, leaving nothing out; Faile expects to have heard that they have gone to see Daise before nightfall. Both Rhea and Sharmad look very abashed, but accept Faile's decision.
