Sharmad Zeffar is a refugee from Arad Doman who now lives in the Two Rivers. She is plump, coppery-skinned and about seven years older than Faile.
She and Rhea Avin both have their eyes on Wil al'Seen, though he does not decide between them. They bring the matter before Faile to ask who may "own" him. Faile thinks that they are silly and sends them to the Wisdom Daise Congar to discuss everything with her and let her draw a conclusion.
