Siuan Sanche first appears in Episode 6 The Flame of Tar Valon. Her story starts in the past while she is a young girl, living humbly with her father and working with him on his fishing boat. While out on the boat she Channels in order to help her father. When they come back to their house they find it burnt down with a sign, the Dragon's Fang drawn on their door. Her father decides to send Siuan to the White Tower as she is no longer safe with him.
