Ander is a skinny, toothless farmer whom Cadsuane flags down to give her, an injured Rand, Min, Samitsu, Niande, Caraline Damodred, and Lord Darlin a ride back to the Sun Palace after they escape from the strange fog that encompassed the rebel camp of Toram Riatin.
