Damane Character List

Alivia: A damane from Seanchan. She was made damane at the age of thirteen or fourteen and is now more than four hundred years old. She is very strong in the One Power. She is freed by Rand’s forces. According to one of Min’s viewings, she will help Rand die.

Charral: A Seanchan damane. She belongs to Tuon.

Dali: A Seanchan damane. She belongs to Tuon.

Dani: A Seanchan damane. She belongs to Tuon.

Edesina Azzedin: An Aes Sedai of the Yellow Ajah, aligned with the rebels, who is captured and made damane in Tarabon before being taken to Ebou Dar. She is freed by Mat Cauthon and accompanies him out of Ebou Dar.

Egwene al'Vere: The Amyrlin Seat of the reunified White Tower. As a novice, she was captured by the Seanchan and made damane at Falme. As a damane, she is given the name Tuli. Nynaeve, Elayne and Min free her.

Gille: A Seanchan damane. She is killed while fighting Rand’s forces.

Guisin: An Aes Sedai aligned with the rebels. She is captured and made damane in Tarabon before being taken to Ebou Dar. She has been broken and is now very loyal to the Seanchan.

Jillari: A Seanchan damane. She is freed by Rand’s forces and sent to Elayne in Caemlyn. At first she continues to insist that she is damane and requires the a'dam, but she is eventually convinced otherwise.

Jini: A Seanchan damane. Rand meets her when he Travels to Seanchan in The Fires of Heaven.

Jinjin: A Seanchan damane. She belongs to Suroth.

Kara Defane: A wise woman from Toman Head who is captured and made damane. She is freed by Rand’s forces and sent to Elayne in Caemlyn. Although her a'dam has been removed, there is still some question regarding her loyalty.

Lemore: A Tanchican noble who is captured and made damane. She is freed by Rand’s forces and sent to Elayne in Caemlyn. As a damane, she is given the name Larie. Although her a'dam has been removed, there is still some question regarding her loyalty. She is going to be enrolled as a novice in the White Tower.

Lidya: A Seanchan damane. She belongs to Tuon. She has the ability of Foretelling and Foretells Tuon’s marriage to Mat Cauthon.

Marille: A Seanchan damane. She is freed by Rand’s forces and sent to Elayne in Caemlyn. She still insists that she requires the a'dam.

Nestelle din Sakura South Star: A Seafolk Windfinder who is captured and made damane. She is freed by Mat Cauthon. She then goes on to free the other captured Windfinders and they attempt to make their way back to the sea. It is unknown whether or not she survives.

Norie: A Seanchan damane. She accompanies Tylee Khirgan and Bakayar Mishima to meet with Perrin.

Ryma Galfrey: An Aes Sedai of the Yellow Ajah who is captured and made damane. As a damane, she is given the name Pura. She has been broken and is now loyal to the Seanchan.

Sera: A Seanchan damane. She belongs to Tuon.

Seri: A Seanchan damane. Rand meets her when he Travels to Seanchan in The Fires of Heaven.

Serrisa: A Seanchan damane. She belongs to Egeanin.

Sheraine Caminelle: An Aes Sedai who is captured and made damane. As a damane, she is given the name Mylen. She has been completely broken and now belongs to Tuon.

Teslyn Baradon: An Aes Sedai of the Red Ajah who is captured and made damane when the Seanchan take control of Ebou Dar. She is freed by Mat Cauthon and accompanies him out of Ebou Dar.

Zakai: A Seanchan damane. She fights against Rand’s forces.

Zushi: A Seafolk Windfinder who is captured and made damane. As a damane, she is given the name Zushi; her real name is unknown.
