Executive Merit

One of the Merit Badges introduced in March 2011. It falls under the "Administrative Service" category. Members earn a gold merit after serving as an Executive for three or more years. A second gold is earned after serving six years. A silver merit is earned after serving as an Executive for one and a half years or more.
