General
The Department of Marketing announced that the Tar Valon Times will be moving to a blog format, and an appropriate navigation button was added on the top of the forum page. Related to that, the Technology department reorganized the navigation menu for ease of use and the old site calendar was removed.
The Department of Events and Conferences announced changes to the official Tower parties. In 2021 there will only be 1 official event - the 20th Anniversary Party and it will be held in the fall instead of in the spring. This will allow people who usually want to attend both the Anni parties and Jordan Con, to do that, since the two will be spread months apart. This also means that the name of the Fall Ball event should also be changed. From 2022 going forward the Anniversary Party will be celebrated in the fall and the spring event will be called Spring Fling.
Membership
General
We lost several beloved members during the year.
- Jaim al'Bearach passed away on February 28.
- Strelok Stormhorn passed away on April 5.
- Liam al'Eire and Monari'Lyn Al'Eradore passed away on October 24.
Raisings

Nine people were raised to Aes Sedai, and one to Gaidin. Three people were raised to Accepted, and four to Soldier.
Bondings

Eleven couples bonded and six bonds were dissolved, three of them due to demotion.
Demotions

Fundraising

In 2019 we became Ogiers to try to help save the mysteriously sinking Tower. A total of $3,235.14 was raised, exceeding the £$3,000 goal. Prizes were pizza gift cards, pizza socks and a private pizza party with the outgoing and incoming Amyrlins at Anniversary Party 2020.

In April Nymala Ingasy became the new Director of Moderators and Operators, while Alenya Al'Roran took over as Director of Marketing in July. In August, Elia LePhant became the new Director of Community Outreach.
