This position was called Online Events Graphics Coordinator until May 22, 2011.

The duties of this position were been split amongst the Executives of Departments in January 2007
Executives still make the announcements in Site Announcements but the Voice handles all external media such as Twitter, Facebook and Livejournal feeds. Due to the volume of work for the role it was decided in July 2010 to take on another person to share the role
