- Why did you choose Val'Cueran?
I liked the people and the humour and what they stood for and how they helped each other out. VC was one of my first guesting places and I missed it the whole time doing the rest.
- Do you fit the Val'Cueran stereotype? Are you fiercely loyal and travel in a pack? Do you enjoy the taste of warm milk?
I'd say I'm loyal, I tend to be more a loner in RL but enjoy groups when I can too. Who doesn't like milk?!
- What male character from the novels do you think would fit best in Val'Cueran?
Perrin's a bit of a cop out answer but in terms of loyalty and strength its true (plus y'know the whole wolf brother thing) but id say Matt's humour is also very VC.
- How long have you been a fan of the Wheel of Time series?
I first started the books in 2007.
- How did you first get into the series?
I don't honestly remember. I think an online friend recommended it after id got through the (at the to time) released malazan books.
- Who is your favorite "hero"?
I always liked Logain and his redemption but also enjoyed how Matt evolved in the series.
- Favorite bad guy/gal?
Lanfear. Scary, delusional and manipulative.
- Favorite book and scene?
The cleansing of Saidin in Winters heart. Id not say its my favourite book (or that I have one honestly) in the series though.
- If you were set down in Randland, who/what would you see yourself as? An Aes Sedai? Innkeeper? Seanchan Captain?
I'd love to seek out the dark tower after cleansing.
- How did you find TarValon.Net and what convinced you to stay and become Tower Sworn?
I think I just googled for WoT communities after reading the first few books way back in 2007. The people were fun and helpful and the love of WoT and other similar things made me stay. I tried to become tower sworn because I loved how the system was setup and wasn't just an RP mechanism.
- What do you do in "real life"?
I'm a software developer.
- Do you have any hobbies?
Reading, drawing cartoons, a bit of Star wars galaxies.
- What kind of music do you enjoy listening to?
All sorts honestly, older stuff like Bon jovi and Guns 'n' Roses, less old stuff like Blink 182 and I'm a fan of Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift too among others.
- What are some of your favorite movies / television shows?
Star Wars, Back to the Future, Aliens are my favourite movie series. T.V. I love old British comedies like Blackadder and slightly newer ones like IT crowd and Father Ted.
- Aside from The Wheel of Time, what are a few of your favorite books/series?
The Expanse series, Temeraire, Chronicles of St. Marys
- What profession did you want to have when you were a kid?
Up until A levels I wanted to be a juniour school teacher. The teachers told me not to do it...
