General
Kiril Drapaneos is an Illianer nobleman. He is a narrow-faced stork of a man with a square-cut beard (TPoD, Ch. 23).
After the first battle against the Seanchan, he plays cards with Maraconn (TPoD, Ch. 23).
He follows Weiramon with Bertome, Doressin Chuliandred and some other Cairhienin nobles when they ride north to fight against the Seanchan (TPoD, Ch. 24).
