For the first time, the Agenda was released ahead of meeting and comments invited. Major changes include giving community groups the ability to set their own rules for unofficial guests and the change of the Headmistress to an admin level position

The new Amyrlin Seat was sworn in at the Anniversary Party and a new Archivist, Serenla was chosen after Dralyn stepped down. 2012 saw a new Director of the Department of Technology, with Erin al'Denael replacing Zhareen din Narelle who stepped down after almost six years, there were also new directors for the Department of Events and Conferences, Department of Membership and Department of Community Outreach
