Dawlin Armaghan is a lesser Andoran noble. His sign is the Oak and Axe (CoT, Prologue).
He supports Naean Arawn for the throne of Andor. Bashere spots his banner and many others about a league from Caemlyn, where Arymilla, Elenia, Naean and Nasin are laying siege to the city (CoT, Prologue).
Dawlin is not mentioned in "Knife of Dreams", but because of Arymilla's loss to Elayne, it can be assumed, if he is not dead, that he is either one of Elayne's prisoners, or with Jarid Sarand, who was not captured, and whom Elayne thinks will cause trouble for her (KoD, Ch. 33; Ch. 35).
