General
Amellia Arene is the wife of Jorin Arene, an Amadician merchant; they are Darkfriends (TFoH, Ch. 18). She had a stern face (before Liandrin and the others took up residence in her home) and she has gray hair (TFoH, Ch. 18).
Timeline
- Liandrin and the other Black Ajah she travels with take up residence in Amellia and Jorin's house (TFoH, Ch. 18).
- Amellia asks if one of the Aes Sedai would help her husband after the damage Temaile did to him; she says that Jorin has learned his lesson about objecting to the Aes Sedai staying with them (TFoH, Ch. 18).
- Moghedien gives a shielded Liandrin to Amellia as a scullery girl after Liandrin tries to harm her (TFoH, Ch. 34).
