Coteren

Unless stated otherwise, all information herein is taken from Towers of Midnight, Chapter 46.

Coteran is an Asha'man who is one of Mazrim Taim's cronies. When Androl sees the men practicing using the Power, Coteren is overseeing the work and objects to the use of the Two Rivers bow by the Two Rivers men and tells them the M'Hael will hear of it. He decides to bully Androl and almost provokes a conflict between the men loyal to Taim and those loyal to Logain. After Welyn is turned, he tells Androl that he has been demoted to Soldier (AMoL, Ch. 3). He is killed shortly after by Jonneth, who fires an arrow through his chest (AMoL, Ch. 4).
