Mistress Romera

Mistress Romera is the Shatayan of the Aesdaishar Palace in Chachin, Kandor. She is a stately, straight-backed woman in livery with hazel eyes, wearing her graying hair in a roll at the nape of her neck (NS, Ch. 22).
