For the first time, the Agenda was released ahead of meeting and comments invited. Major changes include giving community groups the ability to set their own rules for unofficial guests and the change of the Headmistress to an admin level position.

Nineteen Aes Sedai have been raised, and nine Gaidin, seventeen people raised to Accepted and nine to Soldier. Two people demoted from Senior Member.

The Eleventh Anniversary Party was held in Colorado. Vivianna L'antreau was formalised as Amyrlin.

Approximately twenty five members from TarValon.Net attended JordanCon.

Held in Warnsveld, the Netherlands. Fourteen people attended.

Held the weekend of 10-11th November, in New York.

Staff

The new Amyrlin Seat was sworn in at the Anniversary Party and a new Archivist, Serenla Tamowith was chosen after Dralyn Montsier stepped down. 2012 saw a new Director of the Department of Technology, with Erin al'Denael replacing Zhareen din Narelle who stepped down after almost six years. There were also new directors for the Department of Events and Conferences, the Department of Membership and the Department of Community Outreach.
