In January 2015, the roles were changed to give specific functions of Greeter, Scribe and Renaissance man/woman (later renamed as city architect) and increased from a maximum of 4 members to 5. [[Friendly Face Team| The Friendly Face Team]] operates as a volunteer portion of the Welcoming Committee.

Overview

The City Council is a staff position under the Department of Membership and is responsible for helping new members adjust to TarValon.Net. The duties of the Council include welcoming new members, answering questions new members may have about the Community (including the Tower Bylaws or the Membership Manual), and moderating the Introductions forum.

Rotation: 6 month rotation for Greeters and Architects, 12 month rotation for Scribes
