[[Nazran]], a close cousin of the King, is to deliver it with the message that a [[Gray Man]] tried to prevent the letter from being carried to him. After he has left, a gateway opens and Moghedien steps through with a silver-haired woman she introduces as Cyndane. Cadsuane's Point of View:

Corgaide Marendevin, the Holder of the Keys in the Sun Palace, receives them and conducts Cadsuane to a sitting room.
