Is this taking account of people who didn't set up an active account at the new boards?

I counted all who are listed in the member list as active.

Number of Active Aes Sedai/Gaidin at different times.

-Novices match now must have been a timing thing, 57 and 57. Accepted and Soldier will have differences with Aspirants that are not on teh current boards. Since they technically weren't "cleaned up" they are still at that rank should they join the new boards now.
