Administration

Major changes include the disbanding of the Department of Community Development. The Department of Philanthropy was renamed the Department of Community Outreach and the Online Events Team will be known as the Outreach Activities Team under this Department. New special interest forums will be created and will be public, not just limited to TarValon.net members. Guilds will be replaced with these forums and Guildmasters will be replaced by Moderators.

Major changes include Leora Oldessroth replacing Dralyn Montsier as Keeper. The Amyrlin Seat also announced her resignation, with Viviana L'antrau chosen as her replacement.

Raisings

Nineteen people were raised Aes Sedai, with the Green being the most popular Ajah (eight new members). Eight people were raised gaidin, with Dai M'Hael and Mahdi'in d'ma Dieb being the most popular company with four new members each. Four members demoted.
Bondings

Ten couples were bonded in the Light. Eight of these were into the Green Ajah and six involved a member of Dai M'Hael. Three bonds were dissolved.
Events
The tenth anniversary party was held in March 2011 in Charlston and had approximately 140 attendees.
Online Events
This free week took place between March 18 - 27, 2011.
Community Outreach Activities
Sunday 2011 took place between June 17 - 28, 2011.
