Faeldrin Harella: An Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah; she is aligned with the rebel Aes Sedai. She is originally from Tarabon. She is part of the rebel embassy to Rand. She is captured by Rand's forces at Dumai's Wells and forced to swear fealty to him.
Fager Neald: A man from Murandy. He is an Asha'man who holds the rank of soldier. He accompanies Perrin to Ghealdan and then to Malden, Altara. He has the talent for making Power forged weapons.
Faile Bashere: A young woman from Saldaea. Her real name is Zarine Bashere. She is the daughter of Davram and Deira Bashere, the sister of Maedin Bashere, the cousin of Queen Tenobia Kazadi of Saldaea and the wife of Perrin Aybara.
Faiselle: An Aes Sedai of and Sitter for the Green Ajah; she is aligned with the rebel Aes Sedai. She retains her seat after the Tower reunification. She is originally from Arad Doman.
Falendre: A woman from Seanchan. She is a sul'dam. She is with Semirhage when she attacks Rand and is sent back to tell Tuon that Rand still desires a meeting
Falin Deborsha: A merchant, likely fictional
Falion Bhoda: An Aes Sedai of the White Ajah. She is also a member of the Black Ajah. She is originally from Kandor. She fled the Tower with Liandrin and eleven other members of the Black Ajah. She was captured by Elayne Trakand, but escapes.
Falton: A farrier who accompanied Perrin out of the Two Rivers to Caemlyn, Cairhien, Ghealdan and then Malden, Altara.
Famelle Juarde: A woman from Tarabon. She works as a goldsmith. She is a member of the Kin. She accompanied Elayne and Nynaeve to Caemlyn.
Fanshir: An Asha'man who had been a scholar before going to the Black Tower
Faolain Orande: An Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah, and therefore aligned with the rebel Aes Sedai. She was raised to the shawl by Egwene al'Vere; she therefore has not taken the Three Oaths. She has sworn an oath of fealty to Egwene. She is one of the women who go tot the Black Tower to negotiate bonding men, but has not returned by the end of Towers of Midnight.
Farede: A historical character; he was the first Panarch of Tarabon. Because he promoted Urin din Jubai's calendar after the War of the Hundred Years, the calendar is named after him.
Farellien: An Aes Sedai of the Yellow Ajah; she is aligned with Elaida's Aes Sedai.
Farnah: An Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah raised to Sitter
Farran: A Whitecloak.
Faverde Nothish: A powerful and important member of the Blood.
Favidan: A Shienaran farm hand.
Fearil: Bonded to Elza Penfell. Like his Aes Sedai, he is a Darkfriend.
Feather: A wolf.
Fedwin Morr: An Asha'man who held the level of Dedicated. He was killed by Rand when Rand realized that Fedwin was starting to go mad.
Felaana Bevaine: An Aes Sedai of the Brown Ajah; she is aligned with Elaida's Aes Sedai.
Fen Mizar: A man from Saldaea. He is bonded to Joline Maza.
Fennel: A farrier with Perrin
Fera: An Aes Sedai of the White Ajah; she is aligned with Elaida's Aes Sedai. She is also a member of the Black Ajah. She was one of the Aes Sedai sent by Elaida to capture Rand al'Thor, but was instead captured herself at Dumai's Wells. She has sworn an oath of fealty to Rand.
Feragaine Saralman: A historical character; she was an Amyrlin Seat raised from the Blue Ajah.
Feraighin: An Aiel woman. She is a Wise One.
Feran: An Aiel man. Sorilea's sister-son is his great-father.
Ferane Neheran: An Aes Sedai of and a Sitter for the White Ajah; she is aligned with Elaida's Aes Sedai. She is also the head of the White Ajah. She is originally from Arad Doman. After Elaida's capture, she and the other Ajah heads meet and decide to raise Egwene.
Fergin: A member of the Band of the Red Hand.
Filger: A scout in the Band of the Red Hand
Finndal: An Andoran noble that was present at a banquet attended by Rodel Ituralde while Thom was still court bard in Caemlyn.
Finsas: A captain in Rodel's army
Fionnda Annariz: One of the High Ladies of Tear. She supports Rand.
Firewisp: The horse Edesina rides
Flann Barstere: A man from the Two Rivers in Andor. He accompanies Perrin out of the Two Rivers to Caemlyn, Cairhien, Ghealdan, and then Malden, Altara.
Flann Lewin: A farmer from the Two Rivers, Andor. He is married to Adine Lewin.
Flern: A man in one of Aviendha's visions of the future
Floran Gelb: A man who worked on a ship named the Spray; the captain, Bayle Domon, fired him.

Frask: Lind's husband, he helps teach the sword at the Black Tower
Fridwyn Ros: A man from Andor. He was a soldier for House Matherin until he retired.
Frielle Anan: A young woman from Ebou Dar, Altara. She is the daughter of Setalle and Jasfer Anan. She has two sisters, Marah and one unnamed, and at least one brother, Ross. She is married.
Furen Alharra: A man from Tear. He is bonded to Seonid Traighan.
Furyk Karede: A man from Seanchan. He is a Banner-General in the Deathwatch Guard. He was married to Kalia before she died, and they had three sons, all dead as well. He is loyal to Tuon. He commands her bodyguard when she meets Rand
