Gabrelle: An Aes Sedai of the Brown Ajah; she is aligned with Elaida’s Aes Sedai. She is one of the Aes Sedai sent to the Black Tower, where she is bonded by Logain.

Gaidal Cain: A historical character; he is a Hero of the Horn and Birgitte’s lover.

Gainor Furlan: A man from Remen, Altara. He owns the inn Wayland’s Forge.

Galadedrid Damodred: An Andoran and Cairhienin nobleman. His mother is Tigraine Mantear, his father is Taringail Damodred, and his half-siblings are Elayne and Gawyn Trakand. He becomes a Whitecloak.

Galina Casban: An Aes Sedai of the Red Ajah; she is aligned with Elaida’s Aes Sedai. She is also a Darkfriend, and both the Highest of the Red Ajah and second in command for the Black Ajah. She is captured by the Shaido Aiel and taken back to the Aiel Waste.

Galldrian su Riatin Rie: The former King of Cairhien. He was killed by Thom Merrilin.

Gallger, Mistress: A woman from Far Madding. She owns the inn The Golden Wheel.

Gamel Loune: A Seanchan soldier. He is a Banner-General.

Gann: A Hunter of the Horn.

Garam: A historical character; he lived after the Breaking of the World. He allowed the Aiel to dig wells on his father’s land.

Garan: An Aiel man of the Jhirad sept of the Goshien Aiel.

Garen: A historical character; he lived during the Free Years and was a king of Dhowlan.

Garenia Rosoine: See Zarya Alkaese.

Gareth Bryne: A man from Andor. He was the Captain-General of Morgase Trakand’s Queen’s Guards, as well as her First Prince of the Sword and lover. He is now in charge of the army of the Salidar Aes Sedai.

Garon Burlow: A man from Dorlan, outside of Tar Valon. He is the mayor.

Gaul: An Aiel man of the Imran sept of the Shaarad Aiel. He is of the Stone Dogs society. He travels with Perrin.

Gawyn Trakand: An Andoran lord. He is the son of Morgase and Taringail Damodred, Elayne’s full brother and Galad’s half-brother. He is in charge of the Younglings, a group of men who support Elaida as Amyrlin.

Gearan: A historical character; he lived after the Breaking of the World and was one of the Jenn Aiel.

Gendar: A man from Mayene. He is a thief-catcher. He travels with Berelain when she accompanies Perrin to Ghealdan.

Geofram Bornhald: A man from Tarabon. He is a Whitecloak who held the rank of Lord Captain. He was killed by the Seanchan.

Georg Tazanovni: A boy from Kandor. He was the brother of Pevara Tazanovni. He and his family, with the exception of Pevara, were killed by Darkfriends.

Gera: A woman who works as a cook for the Salidar Aes Sedai.

Gerard Arganda: A man from Ghealdan. He is Alliandre’s First Captain. He accompanies her when she travels with Perrin.

Gerra Kishar: A historical character; she was an Amyrlin Seat raised from the Gray Ajah.

Get Ayliah: A man from the Two Rivers, Andor. He travels with Perrin when he leaves the Two Rivers.

Get Eldin: A man from the Two Rivers, Andor.

Gharadin: An Aiel man of the Shaido clan. He is a gai’shain.

Ghoetam: A historical and/or fictional character; he sat beneath Avendesora for forty years.

Gilda: A woman who lives in Caemlyn, Andor. She works at the Queen’s Blessing inn.

Gille: A woman from Seanchan. She is a damane. She is killed during the battle between the Seanchan and Rand’s forces.

Gillin: A woman who works in Valan Luca’s menagerie.

Gitara Moroso: An Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah and Tamra Ospenya’s first Keeper of the Chronicles. She had the talent of Foretelling, and died Foretelling that the Dragon had been reborn.

Goemal: A fictional character made up by Min.

Gomanes: A Whitecloak. He is killed, likely by Padan Fain.

Gorderan: A man from Tear. He is a member of the Band of the Red Hand.

Gorenellin: A man from Malkier. He now works as a merchant.

Gorin Rogad: A man from Illian; he was a false Dragon who was burned alive.

Graendal: One of the Forsaken; her name before turning to the Shadow was Kamarile Maradim Nindar. After being released from the Bore, she made Arad Doman her base of power.

Gregorin Panar den Lushenos: A man from Illian; he is one of the Council of Nine. He is now Rand’s steward in Illian.

Green Man: One of the Nym, created by Aes Sedai in the Age of Legends. He looked after the Eye of the World, and died killing Balthamel.

Grubb, Mother: A woman from Caemlyn, Andor. She is a somewhat of a Wisdom.

Guaire Amalasan: A historical character; he lived during the end of the Free Years and was a false Dragon. He was gentled.

Gueyam: One of the High Lords of Tear. Min has a viewing that he will die in battle.

Gueye Arabah: A soldier from Seanchan.

Guisin: An Aes Sedai of undetermined Ajah; she is aligned with the rebels. She is captured by the Seanchan and turned into a damane.

Gurat: A soldier from Seanchan.

Gwil: A man from the Two Rivers in Andor. He is a friend of Perrin’s who works in his and Faile’s manor.

Gwil Nermasiv: A Hunter of the Horn. He is the brother of Areina Nermasiv.

Gyldan: A likely fictional character. In Egwene’s Accepted test, she appears as an Aes Sedai of the Red and Black Ajahs who will aid in turning Egwene to the Dark One.
