Overview
The Graphics Development Team are staff positions within the Department of Marketing. The Graphics team is responsible for all visual assets used on or in conjunction with TarValon.Net. The Graphics Development Team is a group of people with a wide variety of visual/graphic design skills.

Chain of Command
The Graphics Development Team members report to the Marketing Project Manager and the Director of Marketing.
Position Duties
- Create any new visual assets for TarValon.Net, whether Web-based or print-based
- Update existing visual assets as necessary
- Work with team members to brainstorm and troubleshoot ideas
- Work with other departments within TarValon.Net to manage their specific design needs
Expectations
- Must own graphics editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, Corel Painter or Draw, Paint Shop Pro, or equivalent.
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment, and be able to give and receive constructive criticism from other team members.
