Padan Fain: A man from Lugard, Murandy. He is a Darkfriend. For years, he worked as a peddler. He has now been changed by the Dark One into a hound to hunt Rand, Mat and Perrin. He merged with Mordeth in Shadar Logoth and is rather insane.

Padry: A man from Murandy. Her serves Lords Paers and Culen, two Hunters of the Horn.
Paedrig: A historical character; he is known as Paedrig the Peacemaker and is a Hero of the Horn.
Paers: A lord from Murandy. He is a Hunter of the Horn.
Paet al'Caar: A man from Emond's Field in the Two Rivers, Andor. He is married to Nela al'Caar and has two sons, one of them Wil al'Caar.
Paetram: A man from Kandor. He is a master merchant.
Paetram Aybara: A boy from the Two Rivers, Andor. His parents were Con and Joslyn Aybara, and his siblings were Adora, Deselle and Perrin Aybara. He was murdered by Padan Fain at the age of nine.
Paitar Nachiman: The King of Arafel. He is married to Menuki Nachiman and his sister is Kiruna Nachiman.
Paitr Conel: A man from Market Sheran in Andor. He was a Darkfriend. He and his uncle were hanged by the Whitecloaks.
Paitr do Fearna a'Conn: A nobleman from Murandy.
Parelean: A man from Tear. He was one of the young Tairens who wished to be like the Aiel and was a member of the Cha Faile society. He accompanied Perrin and Faile to Ghealdan. He was killed during an attack by the Shaido.
Parenia Demalle: A historical character; she was an Amyrlin Seat raised from the Gray Ajah.
Patrim: A boy from Jarra, Ghealdan. He works at an inn named Harilin's Leap.
Pavil Geraneos: A man from Illian. He is a merchant.
Pedra: An Accepted of the White Tower. She stays in the Tower after the split.
Pedron Niall: A Whitecloak; he was the Lord Captain Commander and one of the great captains of the Westlands. He was murdered by Abdel Omerna.
Pel: A man from Lugard, Murandy.
Pel Aydaer: A man from Emond's Field in the Two Rivers, Andor. He is a furniture maker.
Pelanna: An Atha'an Miere woman. She is a Wavemistress.
Pelivar Coelan: A nobleman from Andor. He is the High Seat of House Coelan. At first, he wished to support Dyelin Taravin for the Lion Throne, but in "Knife of Dreams", he declared his support for Elayne Trakand.
Peral Torval: A man from Tarabon. He was an Asha'man who is loyal to Mazrim Taim. He was killed by Padan Fain in Far Madding.
Perival Mantear: A nobleman from Andor. He is the High Seat of House Mantear. He supports Elayne Trakand for the Lion Throne.
Perrin Aybara: A man from the Two Rivers in Andor. His parents are Con and Joslyn Aybara and his siblings are Adora, Deselle and Paetram Aybara. He is married to Zarine Bashere. He worked as an apprentice blacksmith in Emond's Field for Harral Luhhan. He has the ability to talk to wolves.
Perwyn Belman: A boy from Caemlyn, Andor. His mother is Nan Belman. He is a Darkfriend. Padan Fain turned him into an idiot with just a touch.
Petra Anhill: A man who works in Valan Luca's menagerie as a strongman. His wife is Clarine Anhill.
Pevara Tazanovni: An Aes Sedai of and Sitter for the Red Ajah, and therefore aligned with Elaida's Aes Sedai. She is originally from Kandor. Along with Doesine, Saerin, Seaine and Yukiri, she is a hunter of the Black Ajah within the White Tower.
Pevin: A man from Cairhien. He was killed by Trollocs.
Phaedrine: An Aes Sedai of the Brown Ajah; she is aligned with the rebel Aes Sedai.
Pol: Merilille Ceandevin's maid.
Posavina, Master: A man from Kandor. He is a merchant.
Powl: Bonded to Asne Zeramene. Like his Aes Sedai, he is a Darkfriend. After his Aes Sedai was killed by Elayne's forces, he was captured.
Pritalle Nerbaijan: An Aes Sedai of the Yellow Ajah; she is aligned with Elaida's Aes Sedai. She is bonded to Harril. She is originally from Saldaea.
