Contents
General
Many changes in the upper levels of administration took place in 2022. Cassie Dainar was announced as the next Amyrlin Seat in February, and was officially sworn in in November. She was replaced as Shatayan in April by Cahalan Sothron. In October Morrighan Daghdera resigned as Cordamora, and was replaced by Tree.
The Executive Branch experienced high turnover. In early March, the Department of Community Outreach was dissolved and replaced with two new departments: the Department of Online Events and the Department of Outreach. We also saw changes in the leadership of the Department of Events and Conferences, the Department of Marketing, the Department of Membership, and the Department of Technology.
The Tower could finally return to hosting in-person events again, boasting a higher attendance at Anniversary Party 2023 than at any Tar Valon-hosted event since 2013.

A proposal to increase available bonds for Aes Sedai with one to make them equal with Gaidin was put to the Ajahs, and was approved and instituted by all of them.
