Overview

Chat Operators are staff members in the Department of Moderators who oversee our chat rooms

This is a non rotating role

Chain of Command

Chat Operators report to the Director of Moderators

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Moderate the chat rooms and keep them family friendly
  • Diffuse any flare-ups that might occur between members
  • Enforce chat and Tower policies

Requirements

  • Must be a member of at least 6 months.
  • Must be someone who frequents chat regularly
  • To moderate in our #wanderingwoman chat room, you must be 18 or older.
  • Must possess tact.
